Auction Autopilot ("we", "us") makes marketing materials for auction houses. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website, web app and mobile apps, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account and contact details you give us: name, auction house, email and phone.
- Auction content you upload: lot titles, descriptions, prices, photos, closing times and auction links.
- Connection settings for tools you connect (for example a Mailchimp API key or a webhook address). These are stored securely and are never shown back in full.
- Basic technical data such as device type and error logs, used to keep the service working.
How we use it
Only to create your marketing kits, send them to the tools you choose when you click Send, provide support and bill your subscription. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your customer lists for anything else.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run Auction Autopilot: our AI service provider (it writes your copy and listings from your lot details), our hosting provider, our payment processor (Stripe), and the marketing tools you connect yourself (such as Mailchimp, Meta, Make or Zapier). Each receives only what it needs.
Your choices
You can download your kits, disconnect any tool, or ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing hello@getauctionautopilot.com. We delete it within 30 days.
Children
Auction Autopilot is a business tool and isn't meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and tell account holders by email about important changes.
