Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Auction Autopilot's website, web app and mobile apps ("the service"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your auction house.

Your account

Keep your login private and give each team member their own login. The account owner is responsible for what happens under the account, including what team members do.

Your content

Your listings, photos, flyers and text belong to you. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service (for example, to write listings, make flyers and send them to the tools you connect). You're responsible for what you list and publish, including that it's accurate and that you have the right to sell it and to use the photos.

AI-written text

Titles, descriptions, prices and marketing copy written by AI can contain mistakes. Review everything before you publish it.

Connected tools

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp or other tools, we act on your behalf only when you click Send, and their own terms also apply. You can disconnect them at any time.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe until you cancel in Settings → Plan & billing. You keep access until the end of the paid month. Fees already paid aren't refunded, except where the law requires.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, send spam, sell prohibited items, or try to access other accounts or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service running but provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may end the service with 30 days' notice. Your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
